About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Teaching students about the basics of coding and programming
2. Creating new methods for a better understanding of students
3. Building healthy relationships with kids to create a healthy environment
4. Dealing with queries of parents regarding the kid's studies
5. Facilitating learning for 6-14-year-old children and teaching high-order thinking skills (HOTS) using our company's programs
6. Taking engaging and interactive sessions
7. Tracking student performance and discussing progress with parents of Wizklub students

Salary

Annual CTC: 3 - 3.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
