Collection Exective/Sr. Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Initiate collection efforts by contacting customers via phone to follow up on outstanding invoices and payments
3. Communicate with customers professionally and courteously to address inquiries, provide payment reminders
5. Negotiate payment plans and terms with customers to facilitate timely payment of overdue accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships

Requirements:

1. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively resolve payment disputes and build rapport with customers
2. Should be self-motivated, highly focused and detail-oriented
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
4. Proven experience in collections or accounts receivable management, preferably in a similar industry
