Collection Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Call the assigned customers for timely collection daily
2. Daily collection report- follow up with sales team/concerned person/customer for pay advice daily
3. Customer account reconciliation support (call for the ledger, sending a statement, providing detail as per customer requirement daily)
4. Payment collection adjustment in coordination with the internal accounting team daily
5. Assist said customers to raise their concerns related to service and sales
6. Escalate any dispute resulting in non-payment of dues to RFBP/team leader
7. Review of accounts assigned with RFBP/zonal managers (weekly)
