Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
2. Contact customers to follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies.
3. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communications with customers.
4. Negotiate payment plans with delinquent customers and track progress toward collection goals.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address any issues impacting the timely payment of invoices.
6. Prepare and present reports on collection activities and outstanding balances to management.
