1. Develop, implement, review, and monitor various collection initiatives, as well as provide training and coaching to continuously improve the competency of team members at all levels.
2. Set daily domestic and international collection targets and track progress toward them.
3. Client follow-up via phone calls, case documentation and resolution tracking.
4. Liaison with the legal personnel for recovery related issues.
5. Manage the escalation of customer complaint.
6. Negotiate settlements by arranging client's payments over longer time span.
