About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collect EMI, overdue amount, bounce charges, and penalty charges in the assigned portfolio
2. Maintain the quality of the assigned portfolio
3. Control the flow of cases in the next bucket with a focus on getting the account in the "0" bucket
4. Ensure timely receipting of collected payments
5. Identify customer service issues and provide appropriate solutions for them by liaising with the local business team/operations team
6. Locate skip customers in the assigned portfolio
7. Coordinate and assist the legal team in the execution of legal orders

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.

3. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
