Key Responsiblities:

1. Contact Customers: Call customers to remind them of outstanding payments and encourage timely repayment.
2. Debt Recovery: Persuade customers to pay overdue amounts while maintaining a professional and respectful tone.
3. Account Updates: Update the system with accurate details of the call outcomes and payment commitments.
4. Negotiation: Provide feasible repayment plans and options if customers are unable to pay the full amount immediately.
5. Customer Queries: Address customer queries regarding payments, due dates, and account statuses.
6. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and legal guidelines in all customer interactions.
7. Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up on promises made by customers for payment.
