Job Overview
We are seeking a Commi 1 2 3 for a full-time position at our Hyderabad location. This junior-level role requires candidates to possess a work experience ranging from 1 to 3 years. Successful candidates will demonstrate expertise in food preparation, knife skills, and cooking techniques.

Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in food preparation, ensuring dishes are prepared to high-quality standards (Mandatory skill).
Skilled in knife usage, including techniques for chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients with precision (Mandatory skill).
Understanding of various cooking techniques, such as grilling, boiling, and sauting, to enhance dish flavors (Mandatory skill).
Efficient time management abilities to handle multiple kitchen tasks and adhere to culinary timelines.
Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly work environment and food storage.
Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in ingredient measurements and recipe adherence.
Comprehensive menu knowledge to offer informed suggestions and accommodate specific dietary requests.

Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and cooking dishes according to provided recipes and quality expectations.
Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Participate in menu planning and development of new dishes under the chef's guidance.
Manage kitchen inventory and ensure timely restocking of necessary ingredients and supplies.
