Job Description :-
Experience Requirement: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in culinary arts or related field.
Management Skills: Proficient in basic kitchen management, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
Cooking Expertise: Skilled in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.
Quality Assurance: Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards and health codes.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service.
Training: Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes under the guidance of senior chefs.
Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Safety: Adherence to safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hazard-free kitchen.
Communication: Clear communication with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and address any issues promptly.
