We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Communication Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our learners, focusing on improving their critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills. This role requires a passion for training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to customize training programs to meet the unique needs of each learner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training delivery:
a. Facilitate engaging training sessions focused on core communication skills such as executive presence, persuasive speaking, and impactful storytelling.
b. Offer tailored one-on-one coaching to help professionals apply communication strategies in real-world scenarios.
2. Program development:
a. Collaborate with the curriculum team to design and enhance training materials focused on impactful communication.
b. Customize content to meet the specific needs and goals of individual learners and organizations.
3. Assessment and feedback:
a. Evaluate participants' progress through interactive exercises, presentations, and practical assessments.
b. Provide clear, actionable feedback to help learners refine their communication approach and achieve measurable growth.
4. Support and guidance:
a. Act as a mentor and coach, offering encouragement and practical advice to participants throughout their learning journey.
b. Address challenges or questions participants may encounter, ensuring a supportive and productive learning experience.
5. Professional development:
a. Stay updated on the latest trends in communication coaching, leadership training, and adult learning methodologies.
b. Share innovative ideas and insights with the Kapable team to continuously enhance training effectiveness and impact.
