Community Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create a welcoming and collaborative community environment among our members through events and other member engagements
2. Contribute to program development and evaluation to determine the effectiveness of community partnerships and programming
3. Ascertain that the assigned facility is fully operational and that all processes are running smoothly
4. Follow the community manager's instructions to assist the community team as needed
5. Work on community initiatives aimed at connecting members, such as member introductions, event support, and email and print communications
6. Maintain a cohesive community and resolve member-related issues
7. Assist with move-in and move-out procedures, prepare and distribute member onboarding kits
8. Identify and document issues that should be escalated to the community manager
