About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Engage the community on FB and Whatsapp
2. Host events for the community - both IRL and virtual
3. Build surveys, Canva templates, etc
4. Create and publish engaging content on WhatsApp to promote our products and services
5. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support in a timely manner
6. Monitor and moderate the community to ensure a positive and safe environment for all members
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement community engagement strategies
8. Analyze community metrics and make recommendations for improvement
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices and implement them in the community
10. Act as an advocate for the company and promote our services to potential customers

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in community management, preferably on WhatsApp
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once
5. Passion for customer service and community building
6. Sales or marketing experience is a plus
7. Fluent in English
8. Familiarity with WhatsApp business API is a plus
