Community Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and engage with the community via WhatsApp, ensuring timely responses, creating engaging conversations, and maintaining a positive environment.
2. Develop and nurture partnerships with colleges and educational institutions to expand the reach of our product/services, create opportunities for students and organize campus events or promotions.
3. Manage high-value partnerships and collaborations, negotiating and closing deals, ensuring all parties involved are satisfied, and delivering on commitments.
4. Act as the point of contact for users facing issues, addressing their concerns through calls, texts, and emails. Resolve problems promptly and professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with community members, educational institutions, and business partners to create a loyal and engaged network.
6. Craft clear, engaging, and timely communication through emails, WhatsApp messages, and other platforms to keep users informed and engaged.
7. Continuously come up with fresh ideas to enhance community engagement, improve user experience, and strengthen partnerships.
8. Gather user feedback and collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer support teams to improve services and ensure customer needs are met.
9. Ability to handle large-scale deals, partnerships, and manage complex negotiations.
10. Proficient in using WhatsApp for business, email communication, and other relevant platforms.
11. Creative, full of ideas, and always looking for new ways to engage users and build strong relationships.

1. Working says: Monday to Saturday
2. Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
3. Work from the office: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
4. Work from home: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
5. A laptop is a mandatory requirement for this position
6. Office Location : Noida
