Essential Job Functions:
Drafting agenda, minutes and legal notices
Convening Meeting (Board & Shareholders)
Maintaining, preparing and filing of necessary documents, registers, reports and returns as required under the Companies Act, 2013 and various other Statutory Acts, Rules and Regulations
Meticulously maintaining the corporate record of companies
Preparation of Directors report and compilation of data therein for Annual Report
Implementing of Corporate Governance processes
Supporting compliance with all statutory requirements and working with internal and external agencies to carry out legal compliance audits.
Compliances and liaising with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, the Reserve Bank of India, and other statutory authorities.
Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, and ensure the companys compliance accordingly.
Oversee of legal agreements of companies
Ensuring Labour law compliances state wise
