MRDCA is looking for a company secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our client's company operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Your knowledge of company law, labor laws, and statutory compliances will be put to the test as you guide our client's organization through complex legal matters. Your expertise in effective communication and report writing will be essential in communicating with stakeholders and preparing official documentation. Proficiency in MS Office and English (written) will be necessary for maintaining accurate records and reports.
Key responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance with all company law requirements.
2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and advise on employee relations.
3. Manage statutory compliances and filings for our clients.
4. Prepare reports and documentation for board meetings and regulatory authorities.
5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Assist in drafting legal documents and agreements.
7. Handle any other duties as required by the company.
