BizExpress Advisors is a private limited company dedicated to providing comprehensive business support services. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CS Executive to join our team in our Mulund West, Mumbai office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Company incorporation for various types like Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC, etc.
2. Filing annual returns such as LLP 8, LLP 11, AOC 4, MGT 7, etc.
3. Maintaining records of board meetings (BM), extraordinary general meetings (EGM), annual general meetings (AGM), etc.
4. Facilitating share transfers and issuing shares.
5. Planning for Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP), Management Stock Ownership Plans (MSOP), Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS), Debentures, iSAFE, etc.
6. Ensuring compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations such as Foreign Liabilities and Assets (FLA), Foreign Collaboration General Permission Route (FCGPR), etc.
7. Drafting various contracts and agreements.
8. Handling trademark applications and attending hearings related to them.
