Company Secretary (CS) Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare and file all forms and reports with respect to the Companies Act, 2013
2. Prepare, conduct, and finalize Board Meetings and draft minutes for all Board Meetings, including the Annual General Meeting
3. Assist and advise the Board in ensuring good corporate governance and compliance with corporate governance requirements and best practices
4. Ensure compliance with procedural aspects of appointment, cessation, and resignation of Directors, and assist Directors in complying with various formalities of Directorship as per the Companies Act, 2013
5. Apprise and advise the senior management teams on all critical compliance-related matters
6. Prepare and manage compliance requirements with RBI/SEBI
7. Liaise with the finance team to ensure inter-company transactions are duly recorded and compliant with the relevant law
8. Assist the finance team in handling compliance and scrutiny in tax-related matters
9. Maintain updated statutory registers and records in accordance with the requirements of the Act
