Company Secretary (CS) Job

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Company Secretary (CS) to join our team at Tax-O-Smart LLP. As a CS at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, as well as providing administrative support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and maintaining company records, statutory books, and registers.
2. Filing necessary documents with regulatory authorities such as ROC, SEBI, and RBI.
3. Assisting in organizing board meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
4. Ensuring compliance with corporate governance principles and best practices.
5. Handling correspondence with shareholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.
6. Proficient in MS-Office and accounting software to prepare reports and presentations.
7. Fluent in English to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
