Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation & setup:
- Install and configure computer hardware, laptops, CCTV systems, and printers at client sites.
- Ensure all systems are installed correctly and meet client specifications and requirements.
2. Maintenance & troubleshooting:
- Perform regular maintenance on hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for computers, laptops, CCTV systems, and printers.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
3. Repair & replacement:
- Repair or replace faulty hardware components in computers, laptops, CCTV systems, and printers.
- Test and verify the functionality of repaired systems before handing them over to clients.
4. Client support & training:
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on hardware and software usage.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and usage of installed systems.
