Key Responsibilities:
1. Typing and formatting:
- Accurately type and format exam questions from various sources.
- Ensure consistency in font styles, sizes, and layouts.
- Use appropriate software tools for typing and formatting, such as MS Word, LaTeX, or specialized DTP software.
2. Proofreading:
- Proofread typed content for errors in spelling, grammar, and formatting.
- Verify the accuracy of mathematical equations, symbols, and diagrams.
3. Content management:
- Organize and manage files and folders efficiently.
- Maintain a database of typed questions and related content.
4. Software proficiency:
- Utilize DTP software and other relevant tools to enhance the presentation of exam questions.
- Stay updated with new software features and best practices.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with content creators, educators, and quality assurance teams.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve content clarity and readability.

Qualifications:
1. Education:
- A diploma or degree in computer applications, information technology, or related fields is preferred.
2. Experience:
- Proven experience in data entry, typing, or DTP roles.
- Prior experience with academic or competitive exam content is a plus.
- Should be currently working in the coaching industry.
3. Skills:
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
