1. Develop detailed project schedules, communicate weekly and monthly targets to the site team, track progress, analyze delays, and implement catch-up plans to ensure project completion within the allocated timeframe.
2. Coordinate with the site team to explain drawings, and work methodology, and resolve technical queries. Plan material procurement, ensure timely delivery, mobilize labor as required, and provide necessary support to expedite progress.
3. Work closely with the design team to develop, review, and revise drawings as per site requirements. Share updated drawings with the site team, ensuring execution aligns with safety, quality, and compliance standards.
4. Maintain project documentation, including updated drawings, material status, labor reports, bills, and preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (DPR, WPR, MPR) with site photos.
5. Finalize labor subcontractors, negotiate rates, issue work orders, mobilize labor, and prepare running account (RA) bills.
6. Manage material procurement and supply chain, monitor procurement as per site needs, finalize vendors, issue purchase orders, ensure timely delivery, verify material quality and quantity, and check vendor invoices.
7. Conduct project costing, prepare quotations, manage budgets, and oversee cost control.
8. Coordinate with clients, liaise with stakeholders, and handle client billing and certification.
9. Establish and optimize processes and systems for material procurement, labor finalization, and approval workflows.
