We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic network engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all technical aspects of our events, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering exceptional experiences to our attendees.
Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of laptops, printers, network devices, and other event technology
2. Collaborate with the event team and organizers to understand technical requirements and provide effective technical solutions
3. Ensure the smooth execution of events and operations, including the maintenance of tech inventories
4. Monitor and maintain the event technology inventory, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition and stored properly
5. Provide technical support during events, encompassing equipment setup, testing, and troubleshooting
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in event technology, contributing innovative solutions to enhance event experiences
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Bachelors degree in event management, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2. Proven experience in managing event technology
3. Strong technical skills with a profound understanding of event technology hardware and software
4. Proficiency in using tools such as laptops, routers, switches, printers, etc.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle technical challenges in a fast-paced environment
6. Good communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams
7. Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed for on-site event support
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
