1. Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
2. Drive engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and creating interactive polls or stories.
3. Collaborate with the design/photography team to source high-quality visuals for campaigns.
c. Analytics & Reporting:
1. Monitor and analyze social media metrics like engagement rate, follower growth, and click-through rates.
2. Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend strategies for improvement.
d. On-Page SEO:
1. Conduct keyword research and optimize meta tags, titles, descriptions, and on-page content for search engines.
2. Collaborate with the website development team to implement SEO-friendly structures like internal linking.
e. Content Optimization:
1. Ensure all blog posts and landing pages are SEO-optimized with target keywords, proper formatting, and relevant backlinks.
2. Track and improve organic traffic to the website using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
f. Competitor Analysis:
Monitor competitors' SEO performance and recommend strategies to stay ahead in organic rankings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and basic SEO optimization.
2. Prior experience in health/wellness, FMCG, or agriculture-related brands is a bonus but not mandatory.
Technical Skills:
1. Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Facebook/Instagram Insights, Hootsuite/Buffer).
2. Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and basic keyword research platforms (e.g., Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, or SEMrush).
3. Familiarity with content creation platforms like Canva or Adobe Spark; bonus points for basic Photoshop or Illustrator skills.
Soft Skills:
