Position - Executive Content Design (L&D)

Business Unit - Reliance Jewels

Location - Reliance Corporate Park, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Job Purpose -
Ensure availability of learning content to help learners enhance their job deliverables.

Key Responsibilities -

Work with internal and external vendors for developing content for the SME.
Develop byte size learning content to encourage quick learning anytime and anywhere.
Maintain high standards set for developing content including using the brand stands.
Collaborate with the Learning platform team to ensure the e-learning content is available for the learners.
Derive performance from content vendors as per the SLA.
Build content using the instructional design principles for easy learning.
Experience in digital content creation, including SEO principles, content management systems (CMS), and multimedia content development.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in grammar and punctuation.
Creative thinker with a passion for content development and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
