Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop an overall marketing strategy for social media channels by creating strategies that attract talent and position Qrata as a thought leader in the recruitment ecosystem
2. Create innovative and engaging content ideas for Qrata's LinkedIn platform, ensuring alignment with the company's brand and values
3. Produce compelling content for LinkedIn, the company website, and other social media channels, tailoring it to resonate with the target audience and enhance brand awareness
4. Collaborate with management and stakeholders to achieve outbound content goals
5. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
