About Us:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented E-commerce & Logistics Executive to join our team and help streamline our operations across various online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace management: Oversee daily operations on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra, ensuring seamless listing, pricing, and inventory updates.
2. Order fulfillment: Manage end-to-end order processing, from daily order picking, packing, and dispatch to ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
3. Inventory management: Maintain optimal stock levels and collaborate with the warehouse team for accurate product availability, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations.
4. Data analysis & reporting: Generate and analyze sales and performance reports using Excel, providing actionable insights to improve sales performance and inventory turnover.
5. Customer service support: Address customer queries and resolve order-related issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
6. Logistics coordination: Work closely with courier partners to streamline shipping processes, reduce transit times, and manage return orders effectively.
Required Experience & Skills:
1. 1-2 years of experience in managing online marketplaces, including Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
2. Proven track record in listing new products, managing inventory, and handling daily order processing and dispatch.
3. Strong proficiency in Excel for sales reports, data analysis, and inventory tracking.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners effectively.
