Content & E-commerce Management Manager Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of Amazon India operations
2. Manage flat file listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for visibility and sales
3. Develop and implement effective advertising campaigns on Amazon
4. Create and manage A+ content to enhance product listings
5. Handle FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) processes, ensuring smooth operations and inventory management
6. Address and resolve cases and issues promptly and efficiently
7. Analyze performance data and generate reports to inform strategic decisions
8. Manage and optimize product listings on Flipkart
9. Develop and execute advertising strategies to drive sales
10. Ensure accurate and appealing cataloguing of products
11. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales and profitability
12. Utilize Amazon Vendor Central to manage vendor relationships and optimize listings (if applicable)
13. Manage and optimize accounts on Amazon.com and Amazon Europe (if applicable)
14. Adapt strategies to meet the specific requirements and best practices of each marketplace
15. Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive growth and profitability
16. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and online advertising
17. Identify opportunities for new product listings and market expansion
18. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service
19. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support as needed
20. Lead by example in managing and optimizing e-commerce operations

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2. Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role
3. Experience with international marketplaces like Amazon.com and Amazon Europe is a significant plus
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
