1. A bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field.
2. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, or HubSpot for customer segmentation, targeting, and personalized marketing campaigns.
3. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar to track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics.
4. Familiarity with online marketing tools, including social media advertising, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
5. Ability to work collaboratively and take charge as a leader when required.
6. Willingness to travel (domestic and international) for company events.
