This individual will be responsible for researching, planning, and managing content across our various YouTube channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, experience managing writers, and a proven track record of developing compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee a team of writers, ensuring content is of high quality, engaging, and delivered on schedule
2. Collaborate with the production team to align content development with channel goals and audience preferences
3. Edit and refine written content to ensure it meets our standards of excellence
4. Analyze content performance metrics to inform future content strategies and improve viewer engagement
5. Stay up-to-date with trends in content creation, social media, and YouTube platform changes to adapt strategies accordingly
6. Coordinate with marketing and social media teams to promote content and expand our audience reach
