- Experience managing platforms like Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, &Threads.
- Knowledge of content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Ability to create visually appealing posts &captions.
3. SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, & content optimization.
4. Creativity: Innovative ideas for content & campaigns to attract authors & readers.
5. Audience Engagement: Skills to engage with followers, respond to comments, & grow the community.
6. Analytics & Insights:
- Familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Ability to analyze performance & optimize content strategy.
7. Time Management:
- Ability to meet deadlines for blogs, campaigns, & posts.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
8. Team Collaboration: Ability to work with designers, authors, & other team members for campaigns & events.
9. Passion for Books: Understanding of the book industry, indie authors, & current literary trends is a big plus.
10. Basic Design Knowledge: Experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Spark for creating visuals is a bonus.
