Industrybuying is looking to hire a dedicated content writer to create content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop content for the company website, blogs, product descriptions, press releases, emailers, articles, infographics, etc.
2. Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
3. Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
4. Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
5. Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
6. Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
7. Promote content on social media
8. Identify customer's needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
9. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
10. Update website content as needed
Ability to write error-free and SEO-friendly informative unique content and create compelling headlines and body copy that capture the attention of the target audience
Has a basic understanding of good SEO practices for content
Understanding search intent & strong research skills
The candidate should have an excellent command of English
A candidate who has experience in writing content for an e-commerce websites will be preferred
