About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Creating original, plagiarism-free articles daily or as assigned by the team leaders
2. Co-ordinating with the team leader to create content
3. Working on creative content writing that consists of at least 680 words or as told by the team leader (divide them into 5-8 paragraphs)
4. Attending team calls every week on Google Meet
5. Adding high-resolution pictures (JPEG only, under 250 KB) accompanied by the article (it is suggested that pictures be taken from Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter accounts of people in the article)
6. Writing SEO-incorporated content in the correct format (read the document we will send when we take you in)
7. Ensuring the article should not be copied from anywhere else (if you are found copying any content, you will be terminated)
8. Ensuring that the article is not fake or has fictitious news and that is grammatically correct
9. Conducting research and ensuring the appropriate use of language which is clean, easy to read, and well written

Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: 15,000 - 25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 4 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 75%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 15%

The Sr. Content Writer/Content Writer is responsible for creating engaging and compelling content to support the company's digital marketing initiatives.
