About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Research tea/FMCG industry-related topics
2. Write clear marketing copy to promote our products across social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn)
3. Coordinate with the designer to work on campaigns
4. Work on creating persona-based content for marketing e-mails
5. Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to write articles for the website & LinkedIn
6. Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
7. Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
8. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
9. Update website content with product description
