Responsibilities:
1. Develop engaging and shareable content for our digital platforms, including social media, blogs, banners, and websites.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
3. Monitor and manage social media channels, responding to comments, and messages, and engaging with our online community.
4. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and leverage this knowledge to enhance our content strategy.
6. Assist in the planning and execution of social media events and campaigns.
