About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct corporate examinations for multiple batches of corporates across locations
2. Deliver lectures as per schedules and related activities
3. Act as a liaison for coordination with SPOCs of various corporates to ensure smooth functioning
4. Handle grievances from corporate students and resolve them in coordination with SPOCs and other departments in SCDL
5. Analyze corporate exam results on a regular basis
6. Manage corporate email IDs and ensure optimum student satisfaction through prompt responses
7. Process admission forms and diplomas post-enrollment
8. Assist in info desk activities for corporate enrollment
9. Assist in department ISO audit activities
10. Conduct mass emails and calling activities for new enrollment
