Corporate And Bulk Gifting Executive Job

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate and Bulk Gifting Executive at Wrapped Up Love located in Mumbai. The executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with corporate and bulk gifting, including managing client relationships, coordinating gift orders, handling logistics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate and bulk gifting.
2. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and procurement teams.
3. Develop customized gifting proposals and pricing strategies for bulk orders.
4. Product & Solution ManagementWork closely with the product and sourcing teams to curate unique and high-quality gift options.
5. Stay updated with industry trends, new product launches, and seasonal gifting trends.
6. Ensure personalization and customization options align with client needs and brand requirements.
7. Oversee the end-to-end execution of bulk gifting orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
8. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics teams for efficient fulfillment.
9. Monitor inventory levels and anticipate demand for corporate gifting products.
10. Customer Experience & Relationship ManagementProvide excellent client service, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of queries.
11. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, orders, and preferences for future engagement.
12. Develop loyalty programs and special promotions for repeat corporate customers.
