Corporate Sales Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Proficiently grasp and convey the SkilloVilla Value Proposition to potential hiring partners
2. Organize discussions, manage email follow-ups, and generate proposals using lead generation and cold calling strategies
3. Conduct extensive internet research on job portals and networking sites
4. Comprehend partner business objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum impact for both the partner and SkilloVilla
5. Independently identify potential new leads, build lists, and initiate initial outreach
6. Maintain up-to-date information accessible to key stakeholders
7. Explore and experiment with new tools to derive insights from data

What You Need to Bring:

1. Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
2. Passion for working with people and cross-functional collaboration to achieve desired results
3. High standards of excellence and meticulous attention to detail
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
5. Bachelor's/Master's/Post Graduate degree from reputed universities or colleges
6. Good typing, proofreading and motivational skills
7. Good at MS Excel/Word and documentation
8. Eye for detail and ability to present information in a concise and factual manner
9. Hustler/street smart mentality to get things done quickly within limited time and resources
10. Strong stakeholder management ability with a collaborative mindset

You Will Be Expected To:

1. Fearlessly generate new ideas
2. Fearlessly involves in cold calling with the key objective of placements and helping out our partner companies in their data hiring needs
3. Learn rapidly and use data insights from experiments to draw conclusions.
4. Work five days (Monday-Friday) in the office, with the sixth day (Saturday) designated for remote work
