Corporate Sales Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Accurately maintain our CRM with up-to-date customer data and notes
2. Diligently follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, texts, and other communication channels until a resolution is reached
3. Coordinate logistics pertaining to product delivery
4. Perform basic updates to our WordPress websites regarding product details
5. Actively seek customer feedback post-delivery, with separate incentives for each review acquired

Work arrangement:

1. Hybrid (1-2 days in the office, the rest from the comfort of your home)
2. Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm; Saturday, 10 am to 3 pm
