About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify potential schools and colleges in the city that would benefit from our coding platform
2. Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of educational institutions regarding coding education
3. Reach out to schools and colleges through cold calling, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce our platform and its benefits
4. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities for potential sales.
5. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as school principals, college administrators, and IT departments
6. Understand the specific requirements and challenges of each educational institution and tailor sales pitches accordingly
7. Address any concerns or objections raised by potential clients and provide appropriate solutions to build trust and confidence in our platform
8. Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the features and functionalities of our coding platform
9. Clearly articulate the advantages and educational benefits of using our platform, highlighting its ease of use and effectiveness in enhancing coding skills among students
10. Prepare and present proposals and quotations to potential clients, outlining pricing structures and terms of service
11. Negotiate contract terms with educational institutions to secure favorable deals while ensuring the profitability of the company
12. Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
13. Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
14. Provide ongoing support and assistance to schools and colleges in using the platform effectively
15. Conduct training sessions for teachers and staff to familiarize them with the platform's functionalities
16. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the educational landscape to identify new opportunities for growth
17. Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales strategies
18. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials for the education sector
