Corporate Sales Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation
Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as cold-calling

2. Client Engagement:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, including schools, coaching institutes, and individual students
Present and explain the company s educational products and services
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly

3. Sales and Conversion:
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline
Convert leads into clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets

4. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Address client queries and provide excellent customer service
Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings

5. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system
Prepare regular reports on lead status, sales, and client feedback for management review
