1. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with the products or services provided.
2. Client Onboarding and Support: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, helping them understand products or services, and providing ongoing support.
3. Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities to sell or cross-sell products to clients and assist in expanding the client base through referrals and networking.
4. Problem Resolution: Address client issues or concerns, working to resolve them promptly and ensuring that clients feel valued and heard.
5. Strategic Guidance: Serve as the client's primary point of contact, providing expert advice, product knowledge, and proactive suggestions that help clients meet their objectives.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, such as telesales, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met and issues are handled effectively.
7. Contract Management: Assist in negotiating contract terms and renewals, ensuring that clients are aware of all available options.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience: 2-5 years in client-facing roles, preferably in insurance sales, banking product sales, account management, or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
