About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively approach shoppers in the mall and invite them to engage with the gaming kiosk.
2. Assist customers throughout the payment process and guide them through the gameplay.
3. Provide excellent customer service and ensure all customers have a great experience.
4. Ensure smooth operation of the gaming kiosk and troubleshoot any basic technical issues.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization around the kiosk area.
