About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead generation and forwarding:
a. Identify and generate leads from designated companies in your assigned area or industry.
b. Conduct thorough assessments of potential leads and forward them to upper management for further action.

2. Documentation and compliance:
a. Oversee the entire documentation process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
b. Assist clients in understanding and completing the required documentation for loan approvals.

3. Channel partner visits:
a. Conduct daily visits to 3 to 5 channel partners to maintain and strengthen business relationships.
b. Promote the company's financial solutions and encourage partners to refer quality leads.

4. Sales planning and execution:
a. Create and execute sales strategies to meet targets and business objectives.
Track and monitor sales performance, providing regular reports to management.

5. Maintain client relationship management.

Other requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field, MBA preferred.

2. Experience: 0 to 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the NBFC or BFSI sector.

3. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.

4. Proficiency in lead generation, client handling, and documentation.

5. Knowledge of financial products and NBFC operations is a plus.

6. Proven ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.

7. Other: Willingness to travel daily to meet channel partners.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,30,000 - 2,40,000 /year
