Corporate Sales Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle wealth/privy outbound calls- schedule equivalent experience profiles from other competitors.
2. Work on sales with assigned customers based on mapped to them measure of outcomes NPS, service level, service quality and sales.
3. Work on quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
4. Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
5. Complete the logs specified by the process (end-of-day target).
6. Adhere to information security norms & quality process norms.
7. Comply with any updates about the process.
8. Act on the feedback given by the team leader/team coach or quality or on the coaching provided to the team as guidelines for improving performance.
