This is a full-time on-site role for a 'Sales Executive' at Rezolut Infotech in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the 'Sales Executive' will collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize sales efforts.
Key responsibilities:
1. Prospect and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation methods.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
3. Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their staffing challenges and objectives.
4. Present our offshore staffing solutions effectively, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
5. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
1. Experience in IT sales or fresher in IT sales.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
5. Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,80,000 /year
