The Nutra Coffee (TNC) is revolutionizing the way India experiences coffee by blending premium coffee with functional health benefits. Expanding beyond our wellness-infused coffee, we are introducing India's most price-competitive, fully automatic bean-to-cup coffee machine, designed for businesses that value convenience, quality, and innovation. With advanced features like self-cleaning, patented milk-frothing technology, and the ability to make 11 types of drinks, our coffee machine is set to transform cafes, offices, co-working spaces, and hospitality businesses.
We are looking for a dynamic and driven 'Sales/Business Development Executive' to take this game-changing machine to the market and drive sales across India.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (caf s, hotels, offices, co-working spaces, gyms, etc.).
- Develop a strong sales pipeline through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Pitch and present TNC's fully automatic bean-to-cup coffee machine to businesses.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trials to showcase machine capabilities.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored coffee solutions.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Act as the key point of contact for any queries or concerns.
4. Market & Competitor Research
- Stay updated on coffee industry trends and competitor pricing.
- Gather insights on customer preferences and suggest improvements.
5. Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer data using CRM tools.
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with marketing for lead generation campaigns.
- Collaborate with the service team for smooth installation and after-sales support.
7. Travel & Product Demonstrations
- Conduct on-site visits to potential customers for presentations and demos.
- Represent TNC at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.
