Corporate Sales Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries
3. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
4. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
5. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
6. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
7. Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
8. Preparing promotional techniques to sell itinerary tour packages
9. Giving prompt reply to email inquiries from B2B and B2C clients

Required:

1. Applicants should have experience working in a tourism company in the UAE
2. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
3. Excellent knowledge in creating quotations, travel itineraries, and package costing
4. Must know how to handle hotels, excursions & tour packages inside/outside UAE
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Commercially aware
7. Good interpersonal skills
8. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
9. Knowledge of different tourist attractions inside and outside the UAE.
10. Computer literate
11. Language: English (required), Hindi (required)
