Corporate Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Resolve new inquiries by giving the right information about the product as per the customer needs, convince them, and sell the product
2. Generate leads, set sales goals and develop sales strategies
3. Prepare and send proposals & offer to attract more and more customers
4. Contact potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
5. Perform regular follow-ups and provide them with timely product/offer information
6. Build & maintain relationships with existing clients
7. Handle customers' queries and provide proper solutions
8. Make timely follow-ups and review the service and report the management if any improvement needed
9. Work on getting new reference business from existing clients
10. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products and new products
11. Stay updated with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
12. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports and weekly/monthly work plans
13. Work and learn more technical & professional skills for the job by attending educational workshops, and reviewing professional publications
14. Build and maintain professional networks
15. Provide historical records by maintaining records and customer sales
