Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead list preparation: Compile and organize a list of potential clients to contact.
2. Cold calling: Reach out to new prospects via phone to introduce the company and services.
3. Qualifying leads: Ask questions to understand prospects' needs and determine their potential as clients.
4. Follow-up calls: Reach out to previous leads or contacts to nurture relationships and assess interest.
5. Handling objections: Listen to prospects' concerns and address objections effectively.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.

2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey value propositions and build strong relationships.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic plans.

4. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools.

5. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions/territories to meet with prospective franchisees and support existing partners.

7. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.

8. Passion for the e-commerce delivery industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
