Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential customers through research and outbound calls.
2. Establish strong relationships with customers using effective communication and active listening.
3. Clearly and persuasively showcase products/services, highlighting key benefits and features.
4. Address customer queries confidently and assist in closing sales.
5. Strive to achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
6. Update and manage customer data and sales information in the CRM system.
7. Continuously learn about products/services, industry trends, and competitors to enhance your sales approach.

Requirements:

1. Freshers are welcome; no prior experience is required as training will be provided.
2. Strong communication skills to engage customers effectively and build trust.
3. A proactive approach with the ability to handle challenges and rejection positively.
4. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn CRM tools.
